I have a vague memory that I heard of a credit card that is one of the worst rip-offs I've ever heard of. Not only was the interest rate through the roof, but that the company legally loaned the full credit limit to the consumer upon opening the account. So that even though the customer hadn't spent anything, they started paying interest on the full amount of the credit limit immediately.
Does such a card exist, or was it all a bad dream?
