How and when do you fill in a self assessment form, I have started trading on ebay and wish to keep it above board, Im not sure what to do, anyone help and is there a sample self assessment for anywhere online.

Why not contact your local Inland Revenue Office. They're usually pretty helpful.
You'll need to register with them as self-employed anyway, and you can find all the info you want on:
