Tax on iShare dividends in an ISA?

Hi, I have a question about iShares and their dividends. I hold some both normally and inside an ISA. I understand that they are registered in Ireland so I don't get tax credit on the non-ISA dividends and end up paying 10% tax on them even though I'm a basic-rate taxpayer.

However, when these foreign shares are held within an ISA, do you pay any tax on the dividends at all? I'm aware that dividends from UK shares in an ISA are tax-free and don't need to be declared on a Return but for some reason I can't quite put my finger on, I'm not so sure if that applies to foreign stocks.

Would someone be kind enough to confirm this for me so I can send off my SA Return with a clear conscience? :)
