Tenant Deposit Recovery

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I thought it worth mentioning anyway.

I was struggling to get my deposit returned after my tenancy agreement ended.

The landlord wasn't replying and I couldn't get anywhere.

My cousin said she knew of a girl that had the same issue and recommended

I spoke with them and they took my case on, without me paying them anything.

Within 6 weeks it was sorted.

If you're in the same situation, I would definitely recommend them

We assume this was one of the old tenancy agreements where the landlord held the deposit. This is no longer permitted under the new ruling whereby a third party holds the deposit.

Out of interest how much did they charge you.

Or you could view it as one more sado self promoting a 2 bit home registered 4mth old site through the lame 'banter' access to usenet.
