Hi All,

1) Can anybody give any positive and negative feedback about Universal

2) What are the pros/cons for a Universal prodcut as opposed to One Account

i.e. The universal product is saving offset(BOE+.50) and the one account is a current account type mortgage whose rates tend to be higher. They both have no tie ins.

Thanks your help in advance Gurmej

Sorry, I've never heard of them.

the most obvious difference is that you will get more benefit from a current account mortgage than from a savings account offset (with cheques taking "up to 8 days to clear") as the money in your current account won't be offset.

there are ofset deals with current accounts elsewhere, as well as current account mortgages.
