Just been perusing credit cards and found this 'deal' from Citi, who have just taken over the Associates. Note the interest rate for the Classic Card. Classic by name, and definitely classic interest rates by nature. These rates look like they come from the 1970's (may lose formatting as original in HTML):

One thing they've taken on from the Associates is the 10 low usage fee. Interesting how Citi Cards in America don't impose such punitive charges for not using their facility.
