Have you ever used this company or heard any feedback on this ? I have had a chat with an advisor from this company and she said it's

100% safe. It looks too good to be true

Thanks

IMO it is too good to be true, and is therefore a scam.

The Ministry of Justice has warned firms working in this area about misleading advertising - see:

The Solicitors Regulation Authority is also concerned - see:

My personal view of this kind of thing is that the claimant is trying to use some device to get out of an obligation (to repay a debt). If that obligation was incurred because of mis-selling or some devious practice, then all well and good, try to get out of it. But if someone racks up a credit card debt because they set out to do that, then try to get out of it because of some poor wording on the part of the CC company, they should be shot. Reclaims paid out by financial institutions - morally valid or not - simply mean that they will try to recoup these costs from the rest of the customers.

I should have added . . this is part of the 'let's try and pin it on someone else' culture. Makes me sick.

Dean Farmer gurgled happily, sounding much like they were saying:

They... DIDN'T... Did they? Blimey.

Salesmuppet for firm in non-reputable market claims company "100% safe". Hold the front page.

Except the institution made an assessed risk in order to maximise profit, with the belief that the debtor may well become bankrupt and so charged interest accordingly. It's a purely commercial decision to lend the money, so there is no reason why the individual shouldn't take the same pragmatic approach. Money and business both circumnavigate morals!

Other customers were always going to pay!

Mr Wootton from Harlow seems happy, so it MUST work.

Hi, I thought all of this was too good to be true to be quite honest.

I used Cartel Client Review and they charged me £500 and have done nothing for me for over 11 months! This is a lot of money to me

One of my friends did have some of their debts cancelled though, through a different company so it can work.

I have used this company and can personally assure you that they are a bunch of shysters.

They use underhand methods and send over sized bills for jobs not done and achieve nothing.

They also assure you they have removed details from their system and still continue to harass.

I have complained to the various professional bodies they claim to be members of.

DO NOT USE THEM

I would say to anyone looking to Claim for refund, to run a mile, I too was taken in by the adverts on TV, but have found out the hard way that they give you lip service on the phone and never return your phone calls or emails. I was caught out by believing that they had recovered money from a bank for me and sent away their fee. It has been more than a month since that and I still have not recieived a penny. Luckily I went on holiday a few days after paying them, because when I arrived back I had another invoice waiting from them claiming to have got even more from another bank and asking me to pay another bill a.s.a.p. if I had not gone on holiday and missed that letter It would have been a few hundred pounds more out of my pocket.I have again phoned today and have been given the same run around, that the person I want is out today but the person I spoke to would phone me back straight away. This has not happened, but I was told today that I should wait another 4/5 weeks before phoning back for them to look into it.
