Hi Parveen,
If you are considering moving to Australia, I would not make your nationality a selling point. We have very strict anti-discrimination laws which prohibit employers selecting staff on the basis of race. You would be selected on your accounting ability, references, and your skill in communicating in English. Judging from your email I would suggest brushing up on your English language skills.
I would not expect to get any offers from soliciting in newsgroups.

Thanks a lot for replying on my e-mail. its true I am not good at speaking English language, as its not my mother tounge. But having confidence, can manage and will be fluient when i get an environement. moreover i have checked the australian gove web site, showing shortage skills of Accountant in Australia.
