There is a demand for people no older than 27, who have worked no less than two and no more than five years with a Big Four firm. There are also usually twenty other undisclosed attributes. That is quite different than saying there is a "steady demand for accounting types." I really can't see why Canada would have much of a demand for accountants. They don't have much of an economy, economic activity is minimal, and they excessively subsidize their professional education system. I run into them all over the place down here, taking American jobs.
