I've done Masters in commerce (Valuation as Bachelors in US for further study). I want to do a Masters in commerce abroad. My question is how to choose proper university and how to apply for scholership ?

no scholarships for masters. why do you think somebody would pay you to get a masters?
Not true. There's a pretty much guaranteed 5th-year accounting scholarship available in Texas, for those in their 5th year (which are primarily Masters students).
you get what you pay for.
Students compete to pay over a hundred grand to get an MBA. If somebody has to PAY YOU to get a masters, how much must this degree be worth?! Boy, the job you get as a masters graduate must either be awful or pay dirt!
