I used to be able to add blank lines and basically type a description down lower on my invoice so it would line up with the amount. However, after numerous years of working fine, it stopped working correctly for me. Now when I go to the description location on my invoice, a blank box appears and I am forced to enter my description in that window. The problem with that is that I cannot visually see beyond the first 2 lines in that box therefore, making it extremely difficult to line up the description with the amount.
I used to be able to type my description directly onto my invoice without having to type it into a description field box. What is strange is that if I access MYOB (located on my computer) from another computer on my network, it works fine. Nothing is saved locally on the networked computer so the data all comes from my computer, therefore, there's no reason MYOB should behave differently on the two computers.
Anyone know why or how I can get rid of the description input box and type directly onto my invoice?
