I've been scouring the NY State Div. of Taxation documents for hours and hours now trying to learn how to do NYC Payroll. It's a lot of information to absorb. Does anyone have a document or web site they can direct me to that explains it simply? I have experience with NJ payroll, so I'm not exactly starting from scratch. Does NY suta get withheld from employees' checks?
