Nothing really earth shattering. There are however, some nice bells on QB06.

But it still accepts garbage in and still produces garbage out.

And, some "mistakes" in the program were not fixed.

there is a new quickbooks version each year...it is just a method of intuit inc to generate revenue...thats why it is so cheap "on the front end"....

A lot of people don't think that $500 minimum is "cheap" on either end.

The QB Enterprise Solutions 2006 for 15 users is $3500.

Frankly if you need to have 15 users accessing the program at once, you probably shouldn't be relying on QB for the software.

But they have great "flow-chart" style screens.

paul...agreed...the qbooks screens , layout, and functionality is great...i don't (or can't) think of any software that comes close to layout and user help flowchart style menus ... and yes, for over .. say three users ... a organization probabally should be on other software packages than quickbooks ...

it is still reletavally cheap software...meaning a "mom & pop" operation can have its books "up and running" for < 1k including hardware....quickbooks basic and a pc w/printer...
