I am seeking candidates for a Manager, Investment & Derivatives Accounting position with a major financial institution in Dallas.
This position is responsible for providing and maintaining accounting controls for the Bank's investment and derivative transactions and ensuring the settlement of cash payments on investments and liabilities are consistent with the associated hedges and in compliance with FAS 133 requirements. The Manager will provide leadership to a group of four finance and accounting professionals.
Candidates must have deep experience in accounting for securities investments, hedges, swaps and a wide range of derivative instruments as well as meaningful leadership experience. Also, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. An MBA is a plus. The successful candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant.
The cash compensation package for this position is negotiable but a ballpark package is $140K+ base plus 26% bonus plus exceptional benefits.
