I am reviewing for the CPA exam now. I am a tax attorney (with a master's of accounting) who would like that CPA designation. Business and Regulation sections no problem for me, I zip right through those sections. Financial Accounting Reporting is tougher, but if I study enough, I figure I will be all right. Its Auditing that is keeping me back. I can't seem to pass that section to save my life.
I've had one Auditing class. I don't do auditing at work, I don't like auditing, I absolutely can't make it soak in. So I am wondering - which review course for auditing is better - Becker or Gleims? These are the ones I can get through work for a substantial discount.
Is there any supplemental review course on auditing worth recommending?
Thanks in advance for your help!
