Nonsense, the Supreme Court decided that the judge gave unacceptable instructions to the jury. Those instructions were requested by the prosecutors. If Andersen weren't essentially dead, the prosecutors would retry them, and should have no problem convicting them again. This is a defense of the rights of all citizens, not a kick in anyone's teeth, except the judge and prosecutors who didn't follow the rules. If you don't like the Bill of Rights and the protections it affords you, feel free to go to one of our so-called allies like Uzbekistan or Saudi Arabia. They like summary convictions.
By the way, the name of the company and its very honest founder is Arthur Andersen.
