Alonzo, You might get a better reply if you provide more details. What kind of loan do you need? Is this for a mortgage, car, unsecured loan? JOE

Alonzo, find a Credit Union near you and join. Credit Unions are usually friendly places, owned and operated by their members rather than a bank with some stuffy Board of Directors. Whether you'll be able to get the loan you want, I can't say. But they will surely be a place you can trust you'll be treated fairly, and trust with your savings when you're in a position to start saving.
