I'm in dispute with the Student Loans Company, which is going to end up with me serving them with a small claims summons in the very near future.
I'm interested in hearing from anyone else who has had problems with the SLC, be it missing mail, dodgy administration, bad advice, contradictory information or whatever.
Has the SLC cost you money by their actions or inactions?
Have you been connected to a "Customer Services Agent" who didn't understand what you were talking about?
Have you tried to talk to someone in authority but been refused?
