I currently run Peachtree Complete but would like to downgrade to Peachtree Accounting. Is it possible? Has anyone tried it?
I use none of the additional features of Peachtree Complete, but I'm concerned that if I downgrade to Peachtree Accounting, I may not be able to access my data.

You cannot downgrade. The Peachtree Accounting cannot read the Complete data at all. You would have to start over. You could export the names and addresses from the Complete version and import them into PAW, but not the transactions.
