Does anyone know how to automatically backup the database on Peachtree 2007?
Also, is it possible to backup the database while it's in use? Most database systems allow that by using an open-file backup agent.
Another choice would be to mirroring the data to another directory, preferably a server share.

I have never done it with PT because I dual boot linux, but if I wanted to auto backup, I would use cron.
Windoze also has a scheduler, which I disabled for security reasons so I can't tell you much other than it exists.
