Peachtree 2007 Complete - Service Realease 1 doesn't install properly

Hi Gang,



I upgraded my client's system from v2005 to v2007 Complete Acccounting edition. However, I can't get the service release to install properly. I've downloaded it twice and both times I get the same result, it extracts numerous files, the extraction window disappears, the mouse pointer turns to an hourglass (with no window visible) and then the pointer returns to normal. There's several big problems with that, I've received no installation complete message, the process is still running (albeit invisibly) in Task Manager (PCW2007SR1), and "Help\About" inside the program doesn't display Service Release 1 anywhere. Has anyone else had this problem?



I'm running Windows XP Home SP2 and have the virus scanner and firewall down for this operation.

Help\About lists Build: 14.0.00.1373. If that helps anyone. I suppose it's possible, albeit unlikely, that the CD came with SR1 on it.
