Does anybody know how to fix the problem where the first page of a report doesn't print correctly? (it only shows the information up to the report filter and a mini picture of the missing information in the top left corner of the page). It only messes up the first page and it happens randomly as far as I can tell and it has been happening a lot more lately.
I'm using RMS SO 2.0.0115
It's amazing they did not fix this in 2.0.
What I usually do in 1.3.1011 is maximize or resize the report window before printing and it solves the problem. Don't know why, but it seems to work.
I believe an easy fix to this is to add a store logo picture. It is trying to fit the entire report into the logo space. if you add a store logo, the reports seem to not have that problem.
