Sorry for bothering everyone here with this question but our accounting firm is in a closed door meeting all day and I need to figure this out as soon as possible.
How can I run a week of payroll including reports but not actually have the information go into the company? I'm just trying to predict a week's worth of pay including my 941 deposit.

I should let some of the veteran's of the group handle this one but you could backup your files, run your weekly payroll (obviously don't print the checks) get the information you need, then restore your company from your backup files to the point before you ran payroll. So, backup, run report, then restore.
In PT Complete version 04 and higher.
Select Employees print preview report.
Unselect employees Done
