Configure SO Manager - Database - Tender Types - (all credit card types) - Properties - Allow Multiple Entries.

This will add another line when partial payment is made, so you can add another card, or pay with other tender.

Sometimes this causes problems, like when a customer tries to pay with a stack of gift-cards, and you start ringing out the stack but the last one has insufficient funds. The POS tries to return all the previous cards, but since gift-cards can't be refunded you are stuck with no money and no receipt. In those cases it is helpful to verify funds before tendering, or sell each card on a separate transaction, then return them all to cash and ring up the real transaction to cash using the available returned money.
