We need RMS to print 2 copies of cash transaction receips the same way it does for credit cards or debit cards.
Is there a way?

There is a way because that's what we do...
I'm gonna give you more details on this after lunch.
go to the receipt properties in the SO manager and adjust the 'receipt count'
