We have a site that when they run credit cards it only will print one copy of the receipt to be signed. I went into receipt formats and set it to 2 for number of copies and it still only prints once copy instead of two. Anyone have any advice?

Did you restart all POS' ands Mgrs after the change?

I would guess that you restarted all POS' and Managers if you are still in need of a response. It sounds like you are using the modified MS 'Receipt -
40 Column as One Copy During CC Trx.' I would really recommend reinstalling the standard MS stock 'receipt' provided you have not modified or edited it. If you have, I would extract the standard MS receipts from your installer CD.
