Question about Credit Card slips and receipts.

I went into the receipt format section and set the receipt count to two, and it is only printing one copy of the receipt. Also when credit cards are run it is only printing one copy instead of two. Anyone know how I can configure the vouchers so I get a merchant and customer copy as well as 2 copies of the receipts?
