Is there any way to have the printer cut the receipt between the two receipts. Right now it prints two receipt together and then cuts at the end. Then I have to tear my copy and give the other to the customer. Sometime it tears very bad and have to use tape. It doesn't look good. Any suggestions. Thanks

RMS is sending both receipts as a single print job. I don't use Windows drivers or Ithica printers, but there should be a control code that you can add to your receipt template to tell the printer to cut the receipt between the two. Check with your reseller, or with Ithica.

Did you have any luck finding a solution? We're using the iTherm 280 and are having the same issue. Because the .xml is sending the control codes as text, they just print on the receipt...
