We have a register where it will randomly lockup during signature capture. We have gone as far as formating the computer and re-installing everything and still the same issue. Anybody have any suggestions?

I had a client with a similar problem. They had a cherry keyboard with a credit card reader so we turned off the ingenico msr in opos settings and used the keyboard instead. We have not have any freezes since. I hope somone has a better solution because this is not a great fix.
