My accounting department is not happy with me. We sell two types of Lottery tickets. 1) scratch off tickets (we have paid for and have in stock)
2)online lottery tickets purchases (we merely act as a broker for the Texas state lottery)
Does anyone have any recommendations how I should set up these two types of lottery tickets and refunds in the system?
