Add ons integration

You can place a stand-alone application in the 'AddIns' folder in the Store Ops directory, and it will show up in the Add Ins menu in Manager. You can also modify the taskpad html file that appears when Manager first starts up.

Shortcuts should work in the folder, I've done it with other executables before.
