Is AMC agreement per licence ? or per company ? how much is the AMC cost ?

The current situation is that Microsoft charges 18% of list price [per POS] for the standard A that includes upgrades, bug fixes and access to the managed customer forum. The resellers the charge for customer support. So your Annual Maintenance Contract has two disctinct elements. The second part varies according to reseler whether they offer 7 days a week support, extended hours, on site visit etc... [talk to your reseller].
