Well another week is about to go by and it looks like we will have another week with no updates, no upgrades, no integration and no information. What a ripoff. Why do you all even bother with giving suggestions? Microsoft appears to not be listening. If they were, they would have given us all something, by now, even if it was just info.

If you have read this ng this week, it was announced that 1.3 would be released next month. Look in the Nov. 15th issue of Insights. It should have a link to the Nov. 17th webinar that describes the updates.

I feel your pain. Especially after paying the maintenance plan/support contract. by the sounds of it 1.3 is more of a service pack (unless there is some benefit/enhancement that has not been mentioned as of yet). It has been over 2 years since a financially beneficial enhancement has been added to the software (i am speaking of built in EDC). 18% is alot of money for access to customer source and bug fixes. I will say though RMS is a great value, but the customer source/support plan?? Show us the money..
