Hi I work for a government agency in there IT section. I am building up an image for our clients but running into slight problems. because of the types of pc's we are using and the default amount of partitions we are using, the next available drive letter when a user plugs in a external drive (eg: pen drive) is G: but some of the applications we use are running off a network drive which has to be assigned to the G: drive for these to function correctly.
Is there anyway to force the devices I plug in after the image is made to assign a drive letter from the bottom of the list Z: Y: etc
any help would be great I know this isn't a big deal but it is annoying when people ring up all the time and we have to use realVNC to get into there pc log them off log on as admin just to change a drive letter. Any help would be great
