I am running 1.3. My back up file occassionally disappears. We back up the database at the end of each day. Back up process works fine one day, but then you go to back up the next day and the file is gone; as in deleted. I cannot locate it anywhere on my computer. I create a new file and all is well for a few days or weeks, then problem occurs again. Anyone have thoughts or suggestions for me?

If you back up on same machine thats wrong. You should back up on cd-rw or external hard drive.It is more safe. Incase You get problem in your pc then you can download data to otherone. For exemple You come next morning and You cant pover on your pc then portable back up will help you.
