I have ran into a problem in blocking Old SKU's or PLU's code in our database that the Director of Retail has express interest in having them removed from the system. I the worksheet 250 - Update Inventory Items, which work fine on all stores we open in the last 2 years, but all other stores has "An Error occured while attempting to process the worksheet." I know from the list if items to be blocked that some have been blocked by management in the past and later turn back on using SQL database to make the item show up in RMS again. I am thinking this is where my problem lie in how the items were turn back on, which may have gotton some of my table index different from the older stores. And all stores that process the worksheet fine would have been after the block items were turn back on the 1st time. I am needing help to try to locate the proper table to lookup to see if there is something that should not be there, which causing the older store not the accept this worksheet.
Have anyone else had a similiar problem or know how I can find a solution for their problem?
