Cannot resolve collation conflict

Anybody encountered this error?


1) Create worksheet style 250 and download to store...
2) Error message is encountered in the log file Error -2147217900: Cannot resolve collation conflict for equal to operation.

Change the collation of Store Operation database from SO Administrator.. the collation of SO must be equal to collation of HQ
