Does anyone know there is a way to give the sale credit to the cashier who put the item on layaway? I am at a furniture store, and we would like to give commission to the person who makes the initial sale, not the last person to access or edit the sale during the delivery process.

I'm not sure I am clear about your question. If you use sales reps for commission the cashier does not effect commissions. The sales rep and the cashier are two separate properties of a transaction. You can turn on an option to have RMS prompt for a sales rep at the start of each transaction.

Now I want to be able to make sure that once the quote is given and the rep gives it to the person that someone else won't be able to change the rep to themselves on that quote at a later time. How do I change the permissions for something specific like that?
