I have a Datamax label Printer and i have configured a label within RMS 2.0 that appears to match the size of Label I require and have pointed the Database at the Folder where this format is stored, however, it doesn't print anything. It shows a message saying Format may not match the required format for the printer. Clicking ok causes the printer to move on one label but nothing printing.
The Preview Screen shows nothing either.
Does anyone Know the best way of creating a Label Format for one of these Printers or have any predesigned templates that do?
The label size I am trying to print on is about 30mm x 20mm
Any help appreciated
