Hi, everyone. At the end of the transaction tender, i will have to press close in order to start next sale. Is there a way to bypass the press close button?? Thank you!!

You might want to rethink choosing to close automatically. When you close automatically, you lose your tendering information on the screen, i.e., how much change to return to a customer on a transaction.

Let's assume you set the option to close automatically, here is an example: Total of the sale is $32.66, customer tenders $40.00, as soon as you enter $40.00 and hit the enter key the window that displays change due is gone and you are ready for the next transaction, will she remember that the change due is $7.34 or can the cashier make change "the old fashion way" and be able to count back the change? I configured it to close automatically for one of my customers and they requested I change it back to manually close. Try it.
K> No not the cash tender window, the one after that. The "post transaction"
Unless you configure POS to prompt for receipt. That way the change window will stay open until you print the receipt. Craig
