Club Card/Rewards points

I have Microsoft RMS 2.0 Ver, I am Planing to put a club card membership for our customers. The club Card Has the logo of the store in the front and barcode on the back. Every time they come to the store, and they bring their club Card and use the card, they will get the discount like 5% off on all items in the store, also I want to make an appliaction for their Name, Tel Address, Email and if it a male or female Customers. Is there anyway do it use by scanning Thier Barcode like Pathmark or Shoprite Supermarket.

Also I want To put Awards Points For the Customers Who use the Club card like for every dollar they spend they get a point, when they 1000 points they will get a $50 Gift Card. But the customer has 90 Days to spent $1000 to get the $ 50 Gift Card. is their any way and can do this.

Another option is Hero Points, from Retail Hero. It is the most fully featured/customizable points loyalty system on the market and can even manage points across multiple locations.
