I am using a separate system to maintain the Gift Card/Loyalty Program. In RMS I am tracking the Gift Card, but I sell the card for $10 and the customer gets 20 points added to the card. How do I get the $10 to show as a sale and not an added balance to the card?
Also, how would you account for the Rewards Point Redemption in RMS? Create a Rewards Point Tender Type?
