Customer loyalty program

I would like to start a customer loyalty program where the customer earns points for dollar amounts spent in store. How do i do this in RMS? I can't seem to figure it out. Please help.

I tried the link, but when i entered my email address my access was denied stating that i don't have access to that site. Please advise.
