My concern is what can the add on do for me that I can't do on my own? I mean are they really worth the investment? I have a convenience store, so it's in and out...but I figure okay I can take down info, issue customer cards via scanned barcodes, and when a customer spends $150 they get a $5.00 Gift Card or Voucher. I can run a report on my own to see who has spent the $150.00...so I'm not sure exactly what the add on does for me? Can anyone who either uses one or is familier with them explain please?
