I have a client that runs a retail clothing store and uses RMS. The original consultant who installed the system provided a few Crystal Reports which the client wants to modify and add to. I'm wondering if RMS comes with Crystal Reports, or some embedded version of it or if one must have a stand alone copy of CR in order to write/modify reports. I looked throught the menus and program directory but didn't see any way to modify existing CR or create new ones.

You will need your own copy of Crystal Reports.
Contact NewWest tech and they can do it for you.
RMS includes a run-time version of CR.
To modify, you must own your own copy of CR, not newer than version 8.5 for compatibility.
