Does anyone know if the version of Crystal Reports matters? We're making some reports from Crystal and we're evaluating the CR 2008 (which is version
12.0). The report runs great, but when trying to run it via the RMS Crystal Reports option, it doesn't work. The options, sorts, filters, etc are all grayed out and if we try to generate it, we get the error about the activeX control can't run the object.
I'm wondering if perhaps the 12.0 version is too new to be run from within RMS? Any help is much appreciated. Best regards.
