Crystal?

There is no "Crystal for RMS" that would be integrated with or aware of the RMS database.

RMS ships with 3 or 4 Crystal Reports. You can access them from SO Manager, Utilities/Crystal Reports

These reports were built in Crystal 8.5, and that is the only version that is 'supported' for reports that will be launched from SO Manager. I think Crystal is up to version 12 now...

If you don't care how you launch the reports, you can use any version of Crystal, or any other report generator (SQL Server Reporting Services for example) to access the RMS database. RMS is built on SQL Server - there are literally hundreds of report generators out there that can be used with it. The problem is always going to be figuring out the DB Schema so that you know how to find what you are looking for.

Hi, I am using the couple of reports developed in Crystal 8.5 with RMS version as describe by Mr. Glenn let me know if you need any help. the good thing is that you can develop the report and run it directly from RMS store manager program.
