Are there any 'default' images for standard functions somewhere? What are the best properties to use ? file-size,bmp,jpg etc

There are no default images.
My best looking images are between 150x150 and 200x200. JPG or BMP doesn't seem to make much difference.
I found most of mine by searching Google Images. I resized them when necessary.
