How do I add an image to print on the receipt header (MS POS)?

We have a grayscale image of our logo that we want to print on the top of the

40-col receipt. I edited the 40 Column Receipt Format template by changing the Show Header Logo attribute to True, the Logo Filename (Header) attribute to grayscale.jpg, and included in the Tools -> File Center -> Images -> Logos location the grayscale.jpg file.

However, when a receipt is printed, an error message first appears onscreen stating "COMPILE ERROR: grayscale.jpg not found" and after closing the error message, the receipt prints the default StoreLogo.bmp file included with POS

In the 'Attributes' section of the Receipt Template, insert the following (if not already there):

and

True

Their may be other changes required, but those are the ones that will direct the XML to the correct logo file.
