Logo image gone

Logo image on reciepts shows a computer instead of our logo. We had the logo print there for a short period of time, but now it is back to the default computer logo. I have even taken the default computer image out of the images file and replaced it with our logo. The image shows in the reciepts format view, as it should , but does not print. Any suggestions?

Check please few things:

  1. Go to Store Administrator Program
  2. Click on File -> Configuration > Then click on Register Tab
  3. Check the Path & File Name in Store Logo text field.

  1. Login now to Store Manager Program

  1. Go to Database > Registers > Receipt Format and Select your Receipt Format you are using for printing
  2. click on Properties button then again in the beside the Sales: Click the Properties button
  3. Check is there any file name defined in XML Attribute Logo Filename (Header) if so clear it or remote it.
  4. Save the settings and run your POS program.

you might want to check the size of the logo also. The preview utility will show logos of all shapes and sizes (file size) but your OPOS printer probably cant handle it.

If you are using a thermal receipt printer, try making the image no larger than 120 x 85 and make sure it is monochrome.

Hello,

We have tried two other fulll page receipts and we have the same logo problem. Shows a logo that is not even > Duncan,
